ABOUT US

NEDP are a project based, amateur dance company located in the North East of England. We are dedicated to making dance more accessible and enjoyable for audiences and participating dancers. We perform excerpts of Classical Ballets alongside Neoclassical, Jazz and Contemporary choreography.

The dancers rehearse weekly, term time. NEDP take on new dancers in January, April and September each year. You can choose to attend either Thursday or Sunday sessions or both! NEDP also offer dance intensives, workshops and classes.
 
Anyone 18+ is welcome at NEDP, get in touch to discuss under 18's. Our performance dancers vary vastly in terms of experience, from beginner to advanced, as well as age and nationality. The dancers are led by Newcastle based Artist Amy Becke.​
